Product Introduction
● The in-situ laser gas analyzer consists of a transmitting unit, a receiving unit, and a purging unit.
● Can be directly installed on-site process pipelines for real-time, online measurement of gas concentration without the need for pre-processing.
● The laser driver module and the data processing module are both installed in the transmitter/receiver enclosure.
High measurement accuracy: The system employs an on-site, online measurement mode that is unaffected by background gases and climatic factors, ensuring that gas information remains accurate and free from distortion, with high measurement precision.
Fast response speed: The system eliminates the need for sample pretreatment and gas transport processes; thus, the instrument’s response time is equivalent to the measurement time, achieving millisecond-level response speeds. This allows real-time monitoring of changes in process gas concentrations and other parameters, facilitating online monitoring of industrial processes. The true measured value represents the average gas concentration along the gas path, with high measurement accuracy.
Strong anti-interference capability: It is unaffected by cross-interference from background gases as well as by dust and gas parameters, demonstrating excellent adaptability to harsh measurement environments characterized by high humidity, high dust levels, high moisture content, high corrosivity, and high flow rates. The system also exhibits strong resistance to interference.
Flameproof explosion-proof type: The equipment adopts an explosion-proof design with flameproof enclosure and has been tested by the National Center for Quality Supervision of Explosion-Proof Electrical Products. In addition, the instrument has passed seven tests, including mechanical inspection, impact testing, IP testing, temperature testing, thermal shock testing, enclosure withstand voltage testing, and internal ignition non-propagation testing, ensuring a high safety factor.
