This GC3000 type of online gas chromatograph is a panel-mounted chromatographic analyzer developed by our company based on mature chromatographic technology. It adopts a 19-inch rack-mounted installation, and it integrates the column system, control module as well as display unit into one, featuring a highly integrated design for convenient on-site installation and maintenance. It can be equipped with 3 kinds of detectors--- TCD, FID, and PDHID, so as to attain online analysis of impurities content at ppb level.

Product Overview
GC3000 type of online gas chromatograph is a popular, multi-purpose, high-performance analytical instrument. This instrument uses different gas paths and different detector analysis systems, thus it can be flexibly configured with various detectors of different performances (e.g. FID, TCD, ECD, FPD, NPD etc.). It can perform constant temperature operation or programmed temperature operation; furthermore it can be equipped with the packed columns or capillary chromatography columns; and also it can be used for analysis of column head injecting sample or rapid vaporization injecting sample.
This instrument adopts microcomputer control, keyboard or touch operation, and LCD screen display. It has the advantages including high electronic circuit integration, good reliability, simple operation, adaptability to long-term operation, memory setting parameters and no need to reset every time. The signal output of the instrument can be connected to recorders, integrators or workstation peripheral data processing, standard signal output and other equipment.
Product Characteristics
The instrument adopts microcomputer temperature controller, PID adjustment, and over-temperature protection;
FID detector uses a dedicated micro-current amplifier with high sensitivity;
TCD detector adopts gold-plated rhenium tungsten wire, which has high sensitivity and long service life;
The packed columns and capillary columns can be randomly matched;
If the temperature of any channel exceeds the limit, then an alarm will be activated and the power will be automatically cut off for protection.
