With over five years of on-site commissioning experience and 24-hour response, we maintain after-sales service teams in Shanxi, Xinjiang, and Inner Mongolia. We have successfully implemented online analytical systems for user upgrades at more than 400 installations.
By leveraging data-driven approaches, we deliver monitoring, control, and optimization capabilities for products and process operations, enabling seamless, secure, and precise vertical integration of “instrumentation + IoT” and big data. After-sales service
1. The supplier shall provide selection catalogs and relevant technical documentation.
2. Free of charge, we will provide technical training to on-site technicians, equipment operators, and maintenance personnel.
3. The supplier shall provide free guidance for installation and commissioning, from the time of equipment installation through to formal production and until the equipment is operating normally.
4. Without any conditions, upon receipt of the user’s notification, a response shall be provided within 4 hours; if on-site service is required, the supplier’s technical service personnel shall arrive at the product’s installation site within 48 hours.
Quality Assurance
1. The warranty period is 12 months from the date the product arrives on site.
2. During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, the supplier shall provide free replacement. The warranty for the replaced product shall be recalculated as twelve months from the date of replacement.
3. After the warranty period expires, if any product quality issues arise, the supplier shall charge only for the cost of the replacement parts.
